Relocation Background
Ningbo Zoewey Springs CO.,ltd. originally occupied a site at No. 282 Huangjipu Road, Jiangbei High - Tech Industrial Park, Ningbo City, with a building area of 18,360 square meters. As the company's production scale continued to expand, the original factory area became increasingly cramped, hindering the company's development. Therefore, starting in 2024, the company planned and implemented the relocation of the factory, optimizing the layout of production lines and upgrading equipment during the relocation process. The company invested more than 10 million yuan in the construction of the new factory area, phasing out outdated equipment and selecting energy-saving, efficient automated production equipment to improve the working and living conditions of employees. This move aims to help the company maintain an upward development trend, better meet market demands, and serve customers. The company fully moved into the new factory area and commenced operations in January 2025.

The new factory area is located at No. 68 Pufeng Road, Cicheng, Jiangbei District, Ningbo City, within the same Jiangbei High-Tech Industrial Park as the original factory site. The straight-line distance between the two sites is 800m, which has greatly facilitated the relocation process and ensured the complete stability of the workforce. The factory building covers a construction area of 30,000㎡, with the production facility consisting of four floors and a total height of 27.1m. The office building has six floors and a total height of 27.3m.

According to the production process requirements, the production area is divided into raw material storage, auxiliary material storage, finished product storage, cutting and scraping processing area, heat treatment processing area, steel strip rolling area, coil spring winding area for pipe winders, coil spring heat setting area, coil spring processing area for pipe winders, small coil spring processing area, piston ring steel strip processing area, oiling area, packaging area, equipment workshop, sample processing area, as well as functional departments for technology, quality, and production management.
Moreover, the floor height of the production workshops is greater than that of the original factory, which enhances the space within the workshops and improves the working environment. The rational factory structure ensures smoother production processes and reduces logistics distances.
Furthermore, to improve working conditions and prevent product rust, air conditioning equipment has been installed in the coil spring forming area, and a ventilation system has been added to the heat treatment workshop, so as to ensure that employees work in a more comfortable environment.
Additionally, new and state - of - the - art upgraded automatic production equipment for pipe winder coil springs has been introduced to enhance production efficiency and product quality. The equipment workshop, equipped with these advanced facilities, plays a crucial role in the production process.

The annual production capacity of flat spiral springs and metal elastic steel belts has surged from the initial 10,000 tons to 15,000 tons. Notably, the production capacity of coiled springs for tube bending machines has been ramped up from 4.5 million pieces per year to 6 million pieces per year. This substantial increase enables the company to better meet market demands and fulfill customer orders.
The company has successfully installed and debugged its production equipment along with related supporting facilities, and they have now been smoothly integrated into normal production operations. Through equipment technological transformation, the stability and enhancement of product quality are firmly guaranteed. The improved production conditions also facilitate more effective management over every process and link in the production manufacturing cycle.
