The scroll spring is made of a steel belt. The center of the spring is connected to the shaft. When an external force is applied to make the shaft and the spring rotate relative to each other, the spring will roll on the shaft center and store torque, and drive the starter to start the fuel engine. When the external force disappears, the spring uses torque to drive the power shaft, so that the wire can be retracted back into the box.
